Jason Arday, with the patronising complicity of the left put him in the position he ended up in. People questioning the lies were not responsible for his fate, the aforementioned were. No one else.

Lee Hurst: Britain spends £177 billion...

Britain spends £177 billion on welfare (this excludes those on the state pension). The take home pay for someone on minimum wage is £20,800 per year. If we divide the £177 Bn by the minimum wage it comes to 8,509,615 people. Eight and a half million people getting an average of £20,800 without leaving their sofas and doing nothing. Someone justify this to me and tell me this is morally acceptable. Obvs many people will be getting far more than £20,800 and some much less, but the point remains. Explain to a person on minimum wage why they should turn up for work and take home less money than 8.5 million other idle people after deducting travel expenses.

Lee Hurst: Well here we are...

Well here we are. Burnham now in No. 10 and Starmer out. However, Labour is still in. When you have a hugely disliked Prime Minister, leave him there. Focus attention on the party, not the man. The man can be replaced, but the party remains and some people then think things will be better giving them a higher poll rating. Labour will still be awful. Don’t make the same mistake with Burnham because they can change him too. All justifiable criticism should be on Labour, not who leads them.
