@reformparty_uk says it would cut £50bn from the social budget, which would further impoverish Britain's poorest people. But Labour and the Tories also want to cut social security payments as well. This race to the bottom is nothing short of despicable conscious cruelty. What's needed is a big increase in social security payments to eliminate poverty and deprivation in Britain, which is the world's fifth biggest economy. We also desperately need a huge fiscal stimulus to expand the public sector to create new well-paid jobs, and renationalise the utilities to stop them ripping off the public with inflated bills. Corporate spivs are using the privatisation of public services as a cash cow, which is why the private sector should be cleared out of our public services altogether to ensure that public services return to serving the public rather than corporate greed.
