Spare us any plaudits for Sir @Keir_Starmer . His resignation is long overdue. He secured his position as leader of the Labour Party under false pretences and has been the worst Prime Minister this country has ever had. Ever since he was first elected as an MP in 2015 he worked as fifth columnist to subvert the democratic will of the Labour Party's membership and destroy the hopes of millions. As prime minister he has served the interests of Israel, the arms industry and global corporations in that order. He secured a loveless landslide in 2024 because the Tory vote was split. The @Conservatives and @reformparty_uk secured 38% of the popular vote between them, whereas Starmer's Labour Party achieved 33.7%. So, were it not for Nigel Farage, Labour would, in all probability, have lost the 2024 general election to the most unpopular Tory govt since the end of WW2. Furthermore, voter turnout at the last general election was the second lowest in history. So, instead of being lauded, he should be tried at the Hague, alongside Benjamin Netanyahu, for his complicity in Israel's crimes against humanity. The big question now is whether his replacement will chart a different course. But if his successor also pledges fealty to Israel, continues supporting NATO's proxy war in #Ukraine and accepts Rachel Reeves' foolish fiscal rules, nothing will change.

"Keir Starmer had one of the largest parliamentary majorities in modern British history, won largely because the Conservatives had collapsed. In just two years, he managed to burn through so much political capital that Labour had to bring in an external candidate, engineering an election to do so. Itself not surprising given Starmer spent years purging the party and tightly controlling candidate selections, leaving Parliament packed with MPs chosen for loyalty to his project-of-nothing, rather than any sign of intelligence, imagination, independence or political talent. The result is a governing party with little vision beyond misery. His premiership will be remembered (if at all) for two things: more economic immiseration at home, as living standards stagnated and public services continued to crumble, and unwavering support abroad for Israel's genocidal war on Gaza, despite mounting international condemnation. And remember, accounts on here called things like “LeninBalls6969” told you this would happen for nearly half-a-decade. And establishment journalists tried to convince you Starmer was not a hollow, politically talentless man. But a sensible grown-up. This humiliation is not just on Starmer, but every useless commentator and establishment journalist who banged the drum for two wasted years. "
