I agree with this @DavidGHFrost proposal. Allowing non-citizen Commonwealth migrants to vote in UK elections but not those from other countries has the additional perverse effect of creating “two tier” migrants. Large blocks of Pakistani, Indian and Bangladeshi migrants that the political system is more responsive to for votes and large amounts of European migrants who are simply ignored.
